I’ve searched & searched but would like an update on experiences w/ the new 4-stroke set ups. I will hopefully be the owner of a newer, used Phoenix towards the end of this year when demo’s & Program...
I reached out to them. They tested a stripped down “light” build & getting low 70s & they tested a full build- 4 helix units, dual raptors & loaded down, upper 60s.
Anyone “in the know” on AVID boats? Any performance numbers for the new 21 XB w/ 250 SHO?
Look at the diagram for a single 36V set up; If they are hooked up in parallel, they should charge together how you have it set up if I’m not mistaken
Be prepared to wait, while he has been deemed the best, when I called a couple wks ago, he had a 95 day backlog. But rest assured it will be done correctly from what others have shared
Are the PPC systems becoming more readily available? I have on in my boat but it will be for sale soon; if they are easier to come by, I’ll get one ordered w/ my new boat.

Tracker valve diaphragm looks good, no tears, corrosion, etc
I just think the dampening of the liquid may prevent a false leak rate? I was figuring as long as the fittings are secured, it should be fine

Reading other older threads on similar issues- does the PSI gauge have to be liquid filled? The one I purchased is not liquid filled

I may try running it at ~0.043, it stayed running better (on water hose) this way; when I checked them, they were all gapped different & it wouldn’t run as well.
I did find an old thread Don replied to saying air should be 80 +/- & fuel 90+/-….my readings are from individual read outs at idle in driveway bc I only have single gauge set up. Maybe I’m reading...
Fuel rails were serviced & cleaned but no mention of any known issues from mechanic. I’m going to do another fuel side psi test soon the check leak rate; I conducted one but didn’t check for leak...
The list is the trail I’ve been on since changing spark plugs & fuel filter January this year. It ran fine in October 2021 before hunting season, treated fuel & also ran it on hose a couple times...

Will be possibly looking at a 2019 Z521C w/ Mercury 4-stroke 250, atlas plate, twin power pole blades. What top end speeds are you guys seeing w/ this boat? Best prop options?

This should be an obvious answer but will if the VST is dirty, could this cause low end rpm issues? Assuming lower rpms = lower fuel flow/consumption? The sludge, etc in the VST restricting flow?
