I can watch for errors as they are doing it themselves, plus if an error is found I don't have to hunt down a person to fix it. I don't like wasting time standing in a line if I don't have to!

No because I wanted to change from an 6" to an 8" plate and I also wanted to upgrade to a hydraulic plate. This happened after more than 5 years of use so I am not sure the warranty would still be...

I use to have a jp like that and if I was you I would get rid of it. It is nothing but a POS. Mine actually warped and cracked in a couple of places before I changed it out for a 8" hyd. plate.
