I've got an f70 too, but with trim and tilt, no problems with my MotorMate.

Recently did this on an RT 178, DrewCraft helped out, it took fairly large side rollers 'bells' 5" as i recall to fit well, looks way to big, but it fits.

Just ordered a pair from Pacific Trailers, the picture and description are exactly what is on my 2001 RangerTrail.

Max rpm is 5250, I have the same boat, came with 22” pitch Laser 2, I recently went with a Spitfire X7 (4blades) 21” pitch.

It it is better all around than the Laser 2.

All looks good. I did the same thing with a large yellow arrow on the head looks factory and should have come from the factor that way.

FWIW, Was considering a manual plate for my 2003 175 VS w/ 125 Merc, mechanic said don't bother with anything less than 6", in the end I would have had to replace my steering cable too, so I bailed...

Installed the inline flapper and no more mess, it works.

Measurements? It looks just like the passenger console in my 175VS.

My old Merc 125 wasn't listed, but after close measuring I found one (MotorMate) that did fit perfectly. Take some measurements, they may have one that works.

21" seems right, that is what I have on my 2003 175VS with a 125 Merc.

should be 2 more screws behind the center section, mine were held in with velcro.

Clean then spray with 303.

Will likely need new brackets (galvanized) as mine were about rusted through, Ranger parts can get you what you need.
