I fish a 782c and it’s a fun little rod- caught a lot of fish on it. Highly recommended.

I was all St.Croix (fan boy) about 6 years ago... then I tried other brands and for about 4 years I haven't owned any St. Croix rods. They do make quality rods, but as others have said, a bit tip...
Well second weekend in a row I got skunked.
saw that boat- sheriffs were there and said it was a boat from VA. Apparently it was sold with the understanding it wasn’t sea worthy. They figure...
All rods sold
I asked and you not only delivered but knocked it out of the park! I’ve read about many of those rods but your’s is the first to give detailed info and comparisons.
Bravo!
Holy mackerel, those are some awesome setups! :thumb up2:
We need info on reels and line next good sir.
Maybe it’s the heat maybe it’s me but I have been coming up empty the last two weeks. Water temp Saturday was 89.8 F. Launching from Upper Barton Creek and at 5:45am Saturday there weren’t many...
price drop
Agree with ECobb91... Go to a store and choose the best one. I had to go to BassPro and Cabelas but found one out of seven or eight.
Just another reason this site is awesome- great members!
I've bought a vast majority of my rods sight unseen. As others have stated, read reviews, post here, etc. I don't think twice about it.. even buying used.
It’s the ‘classic’ blue color.
Selling some rods. All are brand new and come with factory rod covers (Oh those amazing neoprene Megabass ones). Conquest was fished once for 5 min (sticker still on cork) so technically not brand...
As I get back into bass fishing, looking for feedback on any 'holes' you see in my lineup. One thing I want to do is limit my rods to 3 (maybe 4)* so looking to get adequate coverage. We fish open...
Any update on getting this resolved?
Good advice y'all... just ordered some 20# Sniper.
The 905c and Steez XH are pretty robust. Ideally I'd limit any overlap with the 844c and those two have very little overlap with it. LOL. The Steez 7'6" does have more tip than the 7'4" but I'm still...
Getting back into freshwater (from inshore / fly fishing) and I need a rod for 3/4oz jigs and trailers. Have a CNQ 844c with a Met MGL and 14# Sniper. That may not be enough rod.
I have the...
I agree with Stratos- have both and they’re solid. Also will recommend the Daiwa LT series- the Luvias LT is my preferred reel over the Shimanos.
As the title suggests, looking for line suggestions. Would be doing top water and some plastics with it.
Currently has Sniper 10# and it's actually pretty good match. However, about 30-40% of the...
I had a similar issue with my 115 SHO... turns out the fuel/water filter had a slow leak. Had to replace the entire unit.
Tip- don't use a lighter to look in the bilge. :)
Great thread!
I've done a similar effort to focus on the type of fishing I enjoy and then pair setups that provide the most versatility.
You've got some nice rods/reels selected as options....
Recently got a Vanford, Stradic FL, and a Luvias LT (made in Japan).
Did a 'blind' reeling test with a few folks and everyone ranked the Luvias the best. The Vanford is the same weight as the...
Shoot- my new to me 115 SHO has 116 hours and is 6 years old. How can I check the belt?
Just had the 100 hour service done: impeller was beyond ready and the plugs were awful. Runs a lot better...
I'm actually going down there tomorrow for the Inshore Master class. :)
I'll ask if they're open to replacing. Nothing wrong with the current guides, just have these awesome Fuji guides sitting...
