Just got off the phone with Navionics they are sending me the universal card. This card will only work with the unit it came with. Had this card left from a previous unit and never used it.

Came with a 859 KVD

So I bought a card with nothing on it?

Still have not got this to work in my 1198. Any suggestions ?

What effect would the card size have on it?

Card says Humminbird Nav + US & Canada. MSD/NEB - 3/HUM5. When I put it on All it shows very little contour lines , contour XD shows more depth lines than other settings.

How can you tell if your navionics + card is working. Installed one in my 1198 and can not tell any difference.
