My take on it is Wheeler was a winner pre livescope Era, and is a pro with livescope. Not knocking KVD at all, but to me that puts Wheeler ahead of KVD. He's been able to adapt and overcome.

X2 is worth every penny.
Usually do but not this year. At $50 a pop it's not worth fighting the crowd
I used to dip 3 cans of Copenhagen mint a day. Last 3 weeks I've switched to Rouge to try to quit. Tried Zyn and didn't like them nearly as good as Rogue. Yes still spit. I'm hoping I give it a few...
Won't ever happen. Even with a 150 you'll still run 55-60 mph, and just like the 250s, they'll run em fast as they can go.
Hate it for the guys involved. And it's not the answer but it's 2024, there's gotta be a way that the big GPS unit makers can implement a marker onto their units that shows other boats. Like if...
They match up perfectly. I went from a 45" fortrex to a 52" ultrex. Another reason being is with the potluck I'll be able to fish offshore more and not fight it as much. That little bit longer shaft...
New owners and several of their reps including Chris have left over differences with the new owners. I'd say there's changes coming we haven't seen/heard yet. But when some of these guys like Chris...

Maybe I've been out of the loop but... rear FFS transducers? Seeing alot of the pros going to this this year....

I've tried Fuse and they're pretty good. My last couple pairs I went with Revant and been happier. Seem to be a little more scratch resistant.
My dad went from a Fortrex to a Ulterra and we used a peice of diamond plate aluminum and screwed down the same holes as the pedal and so far has been fine. At the end of the year we're going to...
As long as you use small engine oil you're fine. I'm sure there's alot of people that say normal oil is fine and it may be but why chance it? Small engine oil has added Zinc for your internal parts,...
That whole team that runs together is awesome. They seem to work together very well too! Even seems as Avena is coming around also, his name is usually in the top of the leaderboard too.
Wouldn't the "dents" on the side make it easier to lip the fish when you catch a good one you can't flip? Be easier leaning over that narrower part of the rail?
I use LAVA bar then follow up with old spice body wash. Being a mechanic, bar or body wash doesn't cut the grime I get up my arms and back (from wearing cutoff shirts) and Lava does.
I'm gonna say low 70s. Right now fish are scattered pretty bad. With the water about 78 degrees and the cooler Temps coming in the next few days (upper 70s- low 80s) I think the offshore bite is...
I've got one here in western ky. Older but works good I just switched to a 1.62 ratio so needing a 24
Sportsman seat covers hands down. They fit crazy good almost like they're isn't a seat cover on em at all
Because they'll run decent with that prop, and for the guys who wanna push for more performance, they'll buy a new bigger prop....win win for them lol.
My opinion, don't even do the warranty claim. They will only want to replace just the set of bad lifters and not all of them... Best thing to do is order after market cam and lifters that would...
1- plier holder flush with the deck, trip hazard waiting to happen.
2- transom tie down location looks like a far reach (not that big of a deal)
3- the drop transom deal looks like a Walleye...
Just recently blew my lower unit. Found a shop that had a rebuilt torquemaster gen 1 built with all new mercury stuff. My last torquemaster was a 1.75 gear, thus one is a 1.62. My question is that...
Death wish coffee for me! Very good stuff.
Bungee cords if boat is not equipped with buckles. Too big of a hole to cutout for me. I've been using bungee cords for 10 years and worked fine, old one wears out, run to wally world and buy a pack...
