I would have your local shop go over it if you don’t know service history - probably needs plugs
The BBT mound ended up being the issue - worked perfectly all day the other day. Just had to change the location on the mount so back of unit would not touch BBT bracket
what he said - found that out when i installed mine and i was like WTH. Once i deployed it it would work

pretty sure it ended up being as simple as the BBT bracket was hitting the cables in back to make it disconnect the network side of the connection just barely
our TCLs have been great
i have three helixs running thru the network box. Alot of times when i turn them on, the main one i use for depth will not read right away. Then suddenly will start working and be fine for the day....
they all look great until they fail - im on the 5 year schedule for replacement now
