I just replaced my 150 with a 175 mercury. I have a 1998 285 pro elite dc. Running a 25p Tempest, 6 inch jack plate. What does my prop to pad need to be and is a 25p prop too small?

Tried C and O Marine but my computer wont let me on their parts website. How hard would it be to make this piece from fiberglass or something similar?

Does anyone know where i can find the cowl that goes on the front deck of a 1998 285 PE? It is the black plastic piece that holds the switches and depth finder.

I have a 1998 285 pro elite and installed a hot foot. I read lots of post that said to get a cable 2 feet longer but that didnt work mine was a 10 foot cable, had to go with a 14 foot cable.

Do you want to sale the old aluminum dash pieces? If so how much?

Sounds crazy but a buddy of mine carries a dirt dobber nest to stop bleeding. Just break a small piece off, crumble it up and apply. Works like a charm.

The bunks on mine are held to the brackets with carriage bolts.
