Well this is the range from the manual. 87 low end 92 at the high end is ACCEPTABLE according to Mercury.

According to the Manual For a 2014 Mercury Pro XS 250 the Min is 87 and the Max is 92 Octane. Page 52 under Fuel recommendation. Not sure if there is a difference with the different horsepower though.

So if your minimum requirement is 87 octane 10% ethanol. Can you use 91 octane without ethanol? Which is the worse of the two evils? Ethanol or 91 Octane gas:ohwell:

My Merc Monitor alarm went off and indicated a problem with my starboard Thermostat. Non critical. What can it be?

I came across an ad for this product. Its TCW 3 2 cycle oil for outboard engines. It contains fuel stabilizer and ethanol treatment already mixed in. They guarantee OEM warranty on all outboards....

There are nothern pike generally small. if u have charting on your graphs be mindful of depth. For bass fish the end of channels or docks. Bluegills and crappies try channels. Good Luck !
