I believe it could change even with different fuel levels and possibly having a fishing partner on occasion. Wouldn't it affect the angle even if it was just a degree or so?

I have the Fish Obsessed mount and it makes aiming the transducer much better for sure. It can be moved in many more small adjustments.

All my fishing is done basically in 7' or less. Scout is more cluttered than forward no doubt but I can see fish more defined swimming around. With that being said I do mostly use it in forward mode....

If you still have the old woodgrain looking dash panels you could pull them off and have them hydro dipped. It really brings it up to date.
