I find it unleavable how many people knock MLF for lack of enforcing the rules and now BASS and Upshaw are attacked for actually enforcing rules.
It's unbelievable how many people are defending New on his Facebook page. The dude is a POS for blowing out the bed and then doubled down by calling out Upshaw.
I would surprised if California produced a world record LMB at this point. Lakes aren't what they used to be. And I don't think the genetics are either.
I always found lead to be better which I attributed to the larger size for an equivalent weight.

I think he is 100% spot on. I would never fish as a co-angler on any of these trails and I would be pissed to be regulated to co if I was going into it as a boater. The only trail I would consider...
