Be careful when deploying the motor. Look like the cables could get stuck in the steering motor mount and the aluminum mount, effectively slicing the wires.
I'll try and get a pic or 2 up soon. I...
With the 45" run the shaft down so about 1.5"-2" of shaft shows above locking collar.
I presume you have the Ultrex M360 mount as I do. If so, just come across the steering module from the cable...
Check for power at the power junction 'T'. Then check all 'T' connectors on the 2K network.
I would say its fiberglass encased over marine-ply. Approx 1" give or take total thickness.
Motormate on both present rigs as in past ones.

Does the lifting cylinder look parallel to the plate when up? That's totally on Atlas manufacturing. It's the lower BIA bolt...

Do you have a balancer puller, like shown in the stickie?

Where was this Al? Freetown?
I had the same motor on my 05' 519vx.
I used what the stickie shows to lift mine to add a 6" jp.
And yes it's the bigger block that became the 200ho motor later on.
I miss the GillRaker 8" motoroil worms.

Yes, specs show package width at 7'-11.5". So basically 96"
I am only stating BRP specs that says 4" compared to a G1
Ask Roger <GhostComanche> about em.
It was a 4" natural setback. The reason my Ranger came with a 4" Atlas (which is now on the 175TXW). I ended up replacing the Atlas with a 6" BMS and moved the Atlas and 8' PP's to the Tracker.

Discussion in 'General' also on this.
Appears to be heavier than a 520R by almost 100lbs. holds 9' rods too.
Have you tried the manual download from Ranger's site?
Need the EV5 diagnostics software to get a read out.
