I've never had a problem getting a trick shad. Chad shad is a different story.
For a rod my opinion the F5 Ghost Code is the best budget friendly rod for big swimbaits.
Spend just a little more and get a Chad Shad or a Trick Shad. If you dont want to spend that much though 100% go with the S-waver.
Guaranteed to have to spend a small fortune to fix everything. I would assume the water is also turned off, so I bet these squatters just piss and crap wherever too. Bet the house is pretty nasty.

I've always just thrown whatever kind of mono I can get at Walmart. Never seen much difference in any mono line. Big Game is cheap :laugh:
