Phoenix has an awesome riding hull, but sure seems like the STS would be compatible ride wise but with all the plusses mentioned above.

I installed an Amped lithium 19ah battery to run my Livescope and the Garmin 83 graph. I have the battery in a plastic ammo box in my rod locker with the slide on connectors, and remove it to charge....

I came out of a Z20 and into an Eyra. Night and day, if you want an aircraft carrier style deck, and a nice level fishing platform Ranger wins. They make great fishing platforms always have.

Now...

Wouldn't mind a few more Maxi R's in natural colors, maybe others just depends. Deep or shallow. New or used they will be fished.

My fish pair up in the trough on the bottom of the well. Have to go up to my shoulder to get them out. I just keep 5 rings in the well so I don't loose count. I run a bungee thru the divider holes...

If he is running lithiums they just flat stop working, no slow down. If he is running them more possibilities.
