They had me a replacement in two days. Though it sucked to have to replace it their customer service was very responsive and even better they were easy to get to talk with someone very knowledgeable.

Finally bit the bullet last September and upgraded my old motorguide. Well with only about 30 hrs on the thing the servo motor failed in the head unit so no ability to steer. So back to the factory...

I luckily found a guy locally who re-conditioned my seats. New foam and covers for $350 for the pair. Other options were considerably more $$. The guy did a really good job also.

I recently was in the market and most all "new" XRS models fell in the mid to upper 60's depending on dealer. This was with basic "frosting".
