I am wanting to run an 1198 beside an onix 10 on a bassboat technologies dual mount. What would this entail as far as transducer and set up? Would I have to run two separate transducers?

You guys nailed it on SMI. There is no other dealer out there in my opinion. I now see why people will drive miles just to buy from them. Awesome guys.

The product costs alone is well over 150$ in pure material cost then I have to take in to a spray booth for painting for multiple coats so that adds a lot more cost. Then you have to order mounting...

Their is a foam insert on both end caps that protects the tips. As far as guides go- It is much better than them banging around in your rod locker because their is less room for them to move around.

It sure is, however I believe mine is designed a little better with the screw on cap and I am selling it for MUCH cheaper than the $500 price tag on the one you are referring to.
