Just like fishing keep tweaking it..
I understand Pat and appreciate the help. I'm still going to try a bigger prop when I can find one and play with height a little more. If that's all I can get than that's that but at least I have...
Way to bum a guy out..
Just want it to run the best it can and maybe I'm there. But, it doesn't cost to try and I'm a little stubborn. I'm still at 4 1/ 2 inches below pad even though I'm at 8 dots on my slidemaster. I'm...
Ran the boat today on the 8th dot on my 12 inch slidemaster jackplate. In the morning at 6000 rpm I could only get 62.2 did have some good wind and waves thought maybe I had it to high since I ran...

To big of rollers to open it up today. Update soon
Going to the lake Tuesday to play with jackplate height and going to try a 27 tempest prop. If I can hit 64 now in the heat I will be happy. Update u soon and thanks for trying to help.

Sorry for ur loss of speed. I'm trying to figure the same think out on my zx225 not running above 60 mph
It's a heavy boat but I can't believe that's all it has. Not sure why it's Soo slow. Prop looks good. If I did measurement right it looked like I was 5 1/2 inches below pad.
