Bushing for lower unit shaft. SHO's are known for this. My OX has been doing it for awhile as I have not had it apart for 4 years or so. Until it needs a water pump, it will just have to squeak! Cj
:mug: Morning cj
I have covers for 2 cars and a snowmobile that sits outside for 6 months out of the year. So far very happy with them. Cj
Doubt it is electrical. Go through the fuel system, looking for bad hoses, lift pumps, filters as stated. I would start with lines, primer ect first. Ever had ALL of the filters done? CJ
1 Thats it! All of mine have been on boats, given to me or a swap for installing electronics. I really don't use them much anyway. CJ
Noco pro 10 and Iota power supplies. Cj
Dont feel bad, my suggestion was from experience! There is alot of crap in a small area to see. Easy to miss a wire. (Or 2)
If you are going to hook a charger up as Mactlman says it has to be 24v and check each battery occasionally for imbalance. Cj
I recommend a charger that "sees" a series set of batteries individually. There is less chance of lithiums becoming unbalanced that way. Separate hookups for each battery. Be sure both batteries are...
Huh, imagine that. CJ
I would look again for a wire off. Or chase them to find out where the break is but I am betting either hot or ground missing. Cj
Throw Yamaha's book as far away as you can regarding the break in as is obvious with all of the rings not seating. Change the oil and put premium fuel in it. Take it somewhere you can run it hard for...
That looks like a twin to mine, color and everything. Same crack in hull, crappy weld is all. Repaired mine the same way. Check the base of the knee braces where the weld to the hull as they like to...
Oil is cheap. Just getting combustion deposits out of a crankcase before storage is worth a service to me. As was said, a timing belt is cheap compared to the damage they.can cause when they fail....
Morning:mug:
with a 150 a 23 was my sweet spot on a x19. Better to be under propped than over. cj
$$$$$ or ran out and put on what they had. CJ
Yes, a single 24v battery is better than 2 12v in series. With the BMS being able to control cell balance in the 24v battery same as a single 36v battery. BUT with a good charger that has each...
Frame and Chassis paint. Don't get it on anything you don't want it on including your skin as it has to wear off. The axle should not take anymore than a couple of hours for someone who has...
Leave it, that is why you get the coating. Unless of course you don't like the color. CJ
Oh, and 2 other Iota units that are 55 amp and 90 amp that have modules for any type of battery. They are not designed to be portable but work fine that way. I have both 12 and 24v units. Cj
I have not seen any burned up at idle let alone cruising. If it were me, I would have no concern at all. Any electrical component can and will fail but saying it was the lithium batterys fault is a...
Quick charge. Old school build and tough. Cj
Blackstone labs or when Mobile was doing it, them. My guess is they sent them to Blackstone. All of mine have cam back with [run x amount of hours more then resample] Oil is cheap and I will change...
