Remove the wing nuts, lift it up and place a couple of washer on the front fastners. That will tilt I back a little and drain the water better so it won't overflow the trough. Worked for me

I did the same thing as dannov5, 10 guage wire direct from the battery to each unit. I tried running the 10 guage from the battery to a fuse box, then to the units but I still had the problem.
