Nice boat looks a lot like mine except looks like you have one windshield. I have one for driver and one for passenger.

Mine has separate drain holes out the back of the boat. One for the front live well and one for the rear dry well.

I just had mine done 500 bucks. Ring and pinion think it is called. Works great now. Any marina will have it. They will ask for some numbers on the rod buy the motor. Teleflex is what it is
