Thanks for your help. Used a heat gun to soften about 2-3” at a time. Put bottom lip in place, heated the insert and pushed the top lip into place with a large flat blade screwdriver.

Caught the side rail insert on the lift. Pulled about 18” out. How do I get it back into the rail? Thanks

Have been using a double uni, tried the FG but was too much work, especially on the water!
Want to try this one Gman showed - one Uni, less stress on the fluoro, easier to tie.

What line size is recommended between battery and units?

Good questions, will check them out.
I do have power running directly from the cranking battery to each of the units.

Continuing frustration!
Had turned CHIRP off on the 12"
Replaced one adapter which cleared the problem and took it on the water for about 30 minutes, worked perfectly
Next morning, old problem was...

Followed your advice (both of you) and turned off Chirp on the 12, disconnected and reconnected/snugged adapters and cable, and got a minute or less of sonar show up on the 10, then the Lost Source...
