They can probably do all of that but I doubt many would want to pay for it.

You will also need this adapter to hook up the US2/Helix connection

Is it a Helix? Post some images so we can take a look
This is getting confusing now
The OP wants to view Dedicated Di while also viewing Si on the Di machine..... I think ......
That is correct Wayne but like you I don't have a Di unit to verify if that stays true when the Di unit is connected. I'm thinking since the software is so similar it will work the same as the core...
There was a thread on here about that very topic. I don't remember what the outcome was but I do know that on the x99 units once you switched to the Di unit to see Si it changed the Di on that unit...
None of the brands allow map sharing at this price point.
IMO HB's biggest challenge is finding dedicated Di on Si units in this price range.
Doug the CS at HB is telling folks the Helix 2d can be shared with a non-chirp unit but the 2d won't chirp capable on the non-chirp unit. A customer called and then I called to verify.
He...
That is the one advantage I see with Chirp. It makes running two units with limited interference a no-brainer.
The boat I was in had the TM150 on a gen 3. I saw it on a 7612 vs Onix too.
I'm thinking cheap chirp and regular chirp probably isn't that much different either but I'm not buying a tm150 to...
I've seen that too..... side-by-side at the same time. Chirp is a little cleaner and better arches. I could still count the same number of fish and see those close to the bottom.
To me it all...
We'll never know Bob. I do know that in all brands the larger screens are a lot more even with chirp across the board.
I can see a place for it but dang I'm sick of the marketing hype.......
...
Your images prove something I keep telling the chirp crowd. One reason the "arches" are better is because the chirp has a larger coverage.
Take a look at the difference in the 83khz and the 200...
Troy you know they don't supply equipment for testers. They also don't want true testers. I got axed quickly when I pointed out some issues with their scanned maps during my test run with them .......
I totally agree. My point is companies dealers are dealing with, in this case electronics, won't make rules that protect a dealers profits. It may be good for the consumer now but in the end there...
Thanks Troy.....
GoPro actually told me to use the Ultra card but it never did record correctly.
Troy I know you use the GoPro with those work in it?
The only SD cards I have had issues with were SanDisk brand. I would recommend a class 10 because read/write speeds are higher.
You aren't going to sell for those prices, not even close. If I could make 10% I'd retire tomorrow and do this full time.
In my area shop fee is $90 to $110 an hour and remember they have to...
Sorry about that! I always forget to empty my "sent" box.
Any marine dealer that I have ever known, if they will admit it, doesn't want to mess with electronics. The profit is so small it eats into hours they can be making actual money doing. This includes...
This is a good video for folks installing on an aluminum boat.

That is only the adapter so Ethernet will work with the X99 units. You will need an Ethernet cable of the appropriate length also.
This right here^
No one knows electronics better than a serious walleye fisherman.
My catfish tournament customers all use the Onix. The dedicated Di signal is a must have for them.
