My 2023 has a circuit breaker black box in the bilge between the cranking battery and charger.
On the box the switches are labeled Main/Electronics/Jack Plate/Pole 1/Pole 2.

Edit above, all buttons turn blue and function except push to start.

When I turn my on/off switch to On, my buttons on dash turn blue and all function properly and boat will start with key.
Also, motor will trim up and down.

Thats odd, I can trim at motor and paddles with RIDE off. When my main power is on I can trim, raise plate, start motor and all buttons work.
