They asked for cash because her husband past in mid february, and all there money was froze, the wife said she needed some cash to pay some bills, and yes cops do confiscate money, its stupid but...

I did not buy the boat and it was sold the day after i looked at it, and the more i think about it, I'm happy i didn't buy it....
