I have both, I'll try and take pics. They are old, but in real excellent/great condition. I've not used either in years.

I'll be using a 6'9" MH Carrot Stix, lure weight 1/4-3/4 oz. And reel is a BPS Carbonlite b/c w/ 30/8 lb braid

Cut the legs about 3/4-1" from the end, keep both legs the same not one being longer than the other. Use braid for sure if you're using frog lures, you don't want any stretch when setting the hook....
