I have a 225 mercury efi serial # 1225434td I guess the screws came loose on tps and it moved how do I know where to set it back at ?

got a 100hp mid 90s mercury runs good but when u sit and fish 4 a while it floods so bad u have to pull a plug out turn gas out of cly before the starter will even turn motor, already put needles in...
