you have an in hull transducer back in your bilge area that is shooting thru the bottom of the hull. Very very common setup.
That is an lss2, which does side imaging and down imaging only. you will only have to select a transducer for the 2d sonar on that unit. you should have 2 transducers for that unit, one for 2d sonar...
