I have the Force with 2 100ah Ionics, 24v system. Charge every 5th or 6th trip. These batteries with the Force are great.
Hennessey Outdoor Electronics made one for me. They can probably put the bird logo on it.

I have a 2019 with the 175 pro xs 4 stroke. The only minor negative for me is the front deck is little narrow. Ride and storage is great. I added a Bobs JP and swapped out the manual plate last...
Have no experience with the Ultrex, but went from a Fortrex to the Garmin a year ago. Garmin TM has been a great motor so far.
I use the Range Technology disabler on a 2019 vett and it's been fine.
I added the dual over the pedal mount, with a Garmin 10" and Humminbird 10", last March. I used ss screws and have been fine so far, other than having to re-tighten a couple of times.
At the beginning of the year, the Ultrex I was wanting/needing was out of stock everywhere, so I bought the Force. Its been a great motor so far.
:thumb up2:, looks good
Don't forget to tape off the water pickup at nose of Lower unit, if your 150 has that.
I have 2 10s at bow and 2 10s at console. At bow, I went with the over the pedal dual mount (Hennessey Outdoors). I just used screws and has been fine so far. Before this, I had single 12 mounted...
I have a 2019 618 with the 175 pro xs, Bob's plate. With a 23p Tempest plus, in the summer, I'm getting 5800-6000 rpm, 63-64 mph. With a 24p Tempest Plus, in cooler weather, 5800-5900 rpm, 66-67...
I have a 175 hp doing the same thing but temp is ok. Had the water pump replaced by merc mechanic after 3 yrs (less than 100 hrs) this past May. Wp was .5 - .8 at idle after a run with the new...
Shouldn't have any problems as long as you air down your tires (15-20 psi) prior to driving on the sand.

Thanks for the info. I have a Phoenix and the gauge that the MercMonitor, that I've seen replace, is the gauge that shows water pressure, voltage, fuel level and trim. Will the plug for my current...
Not sure why, I'm not familiar with these gauges. I'll check out the Mercmonitor though.

Thinking about adding the sc1000 (79-879896K21) to console. Currently have the vessel view mob and would like to keep it installed. Other than the gauge, any other parts I...
Will do, I just looked up the part #, that you listed here, on Mercury's website and that part # is listed for my motor. I'll mark with a Sharpie.
Just read this thread, Don is this just for the pro xs 250 motors? I have a pro xs 175 (2b637409) and wondering if this is something I need to keep a check on.
As others have mentioned, it's already maxed out. I wanted mine to have more tension also when I first got it. Gotten use to it now.
