Ok ths has happened twice in the last 6 months..
Ist time I ran about 4 miles with no problem..fished about an hour.went to leave and motor wouldn't start.got pulled in and the next...
My bad...yep 14.3
Took the boat out with a volt meter hook to battery. Ran a good while an voltage never showed above 4.3 volts. Would guess the regulators are good to go...
My thoughts on the regulators. However I don't see ant signs of the wires over heating
Thanks, will check when I get home Wednesday. If it's over 14.7 volts is the problem voltage regulators or possibly a stator?
S#0 t101194. I have noticed my voltage Guage almost pegging out. Will this cause the motor to shut down?
Ok, changed water pump
We back out and ran a mile or so. Good water pressure and no buzzer.
3 or so idle
15+ on plane
On plane in about a quarter of mile
I have good water pressure and the thermostats open and the motor is peeing good.
But the heat buzzer goes of .
Could the heat sensor be bad?
Serial 0t10194
Yes
If I find a bad coil can I just replace the one that's bad
Thanks Don, that is the plugs I have.
Replacement wires is easy. Is there a way the test coils?
The ones you recommend.
Plugs are new. I'll check the wires.
Could they break down at high rpm?

Motor planes out great and runs smoothly until 4800 rmps.then it starts to miss bad and won't go any higher or faster. Thoughts?
Probably, boat is on a lift. I will pull it out tomorrow and check
Thanks
