Get a txp ot4 27p. Great handling & top end.
I called Garmin tech support on Monday. They walked me through all the test procedures to try and fix the issue to no avail. Needles to say, I received my brand new troller minus the mounting plate...
Everything works fine except it won’t turn. Hit spot lock it just goes straight, push pedal it just goes straight ahead wont turn at all. No noise, no clicking or anything. Worked just fine...
Everything works fine except it won’t turn. Hit spot lock it just goes straight, push pedal it just goes straight head wont turn at all. No noise, no clicking or anything. Worked just fine yesterday....
Any difference in gear ratio from the 2 stroke to the 4 stroke? Seems like a lot of performance loss just from swapping over from a 2 stroke to a 4 stroke.
I know you are not knew to the set game...
Bought my Garmin Trolling Motor about a month ago. I do not have the reverse issue unless the boat is actually moving forward.
On a side note, I do not have my livescope graph (Garmin 1022) hooked...
50” Garmin Force shipped to 70301
Pull the carpet back in one of the rear or front compartments. The boxes are more than likely not sealed 100%, even on the newer models. If you can find and opening stick a screwdriver in through the...
If you guys lost that much lift and speed from the welds beads its because they were too tall. You can sand them down a little at a time to fine tune the boat. No need to grind them all the way off....
As the title says. Any H20B Bass Series for sale? If so, send me some pics, 985-637-8177
Yes they do. They claim its a closed cell foam and does not absorb water but I would beg to differ if its left out in the rain for long periods of time.
looks like a great job on the repair. I wish Xpress would put that on all the boats from the factory.
That is sweet. Agree with Ryan, them Zukes are a beast! Enjoy brother. :thumb up2:
Sounds more like the prop is slipping. May need to have some cup added to it. Send it to Brian at Holeshot Propeller & he'll get it right for you. He is the only one that touches my props. Much...
Motor too low will make it harder to drive. If you are looking for top end you need to raise the engine until your water pressure is around 12-15psi at wide open trimmed out. Then make adjustments to...
Those Hill signature 4 blades are great props. Only down side is they are a few mph slower than other props. I ran one on my Stroker when I had it. Same results you mentioned, little slower than...
Great job buddy. They do not all come out the same from the factory for sure. Some are ok some or not. Just need to fine tune them to your liking. Sounds like you have it running like it should now.
The weld bead is to eliminate porpoising. Some hulls need it, some dont. If you want to remove it, you can use a grinder but be careful not to remove too much and expose the joint.
Normally 1/8" is...

Sounds like you are moving in the right direction. Congrats on the progress!
The Bravo will be a couple mph slower than the big dia 3 blades but they handle and drive awesome and carry a load...
21p should be too small, id start with a 23p, tempest, txp, trophy plus, yamaha m series, what ever you find to try before you buy if possible as every hull will be a little different.
CJ,...
Stop making adjustments until you get another prop. You will not accomplish anything. You will be back to square one once you put a different prop on. NO adjustments will make that prop perform.
Dam that all black is sexy!
Keep at it man, little more seat time & you'll be 80+ in no time!
Agree 100%. I've thrown way more than ever before since running the SHO.
