could not find a 842 designation but I am going to guess that is the 7ft ml popping and I am leaning that way,sparse skirt(1 tab?)and wire tie,I can make that happen and will ty it out was also...
looking to get more distance,I fish with med/hvy rods and can spit as far as I can cast that little buzzbait so I seldom use it, when I do it is productive.I am wondering if a med light is to whimpy...

For me the kt's make a big difference,when the braid does wrap around I point the tip down at the water and shake the rod a couple of times,the line falls off and it's back to fishing.With L frame...

4 kt work fine,can pass fg knot with no problem however I had a nightmare of a time wrapping those little boogers.5kt don't weigh that much more and were easier to wrap.both will work fine.
I am partial to alconite,been using them since they first came out I have never cracked one or had one pop out. Fuji is a great product.I use a 25,12,5.5m kl-h with 5 kt runners on 3000 size reels...
