Merry Christmas everyone!!!!!!!
That's getting it done.
A little side gust here and there makes it more exciting.
Good looking GrandSport!!!
The XB-21 BasSport Pro that he has now is his first Allison.
Ray is in Alabama.
Chad2002 is correct, Darris has talked about it but never built any flats boats to date.
One of them was probably Dr. Ray Baker.
He comes on here from time to time.

The new 21 Pro's come with longer throttle and shift cables. I'm sure all the 21's do actually.
I've been known to go a little beyond what I should have on a few things also.
It's that, if that's good a little more is better attitude thingy. LOL
Your cables will work fine.
The boat to engine harness will have to go to the rear of the engine but there are few extra feet of cable in the boat, usually wrapped up in the rear drivers side...
You might want to check the slack adjuster on the tilt pin that takes the slack out of the steering cylinder. I've never seen it personally, but I have heard of problems with it over tightened...
All of the newer Tournament style cylinders felt stiffer to me also.
I agree with Matt, call them.
I would certainly hope they would exchange it whether it is showing signs or not. This steering is definitely something you don't want to take lightly.
That looks really nice.
804-706-1847 Same number as before.
Pretty sure 1989 to the end of production in 1996.
Thanks Lea.
Jeff, Did you receive the pictures I sent?

Great looking boat and garage.
The blue accents on the engine looks great.
Glad to hear!
Hope that means you're pleased with the Allison! :nanner:
I don't know the exact measurements, but it is one open compartment.
Nice!!!
