Top end was slightly better with 23p Tempest which had 3 holes and we pulled one and the hole shot actually got a little worse. So I guess with my rig it just won't turn a 23p as far as hole shot.

No problem turning 6100.
a buddy had a 23p tempest that we tried today . Basically same as the as solid 23p PropTech. No hole shot.

agree about Casey and Mike. only about 1/3 of canal was off-limits, the other 2/3rds wasn't. but those are the rules i suppose...
the boundaries are nice, but then why have boundaries if you allow fishing in launch canals where many fish are being dumped.
