I am redoing a 2000 Ranger 518vs..it has no jack plate..
Would it be worthwhile to add a jack plate? If so what one? I'm thinking a 6" or should I just leave it be?

I am redoing a 2000 Ranger 518vs...I want to install a recessed trolling motor pedal tray "Comfortroll" any suggestions ? Do's and Dont's ?

I have been using the Merc Prem Plus in my 1999 Merc 200 EFI since I've owned the boat...it is out of warranty.
I need some oil and all of the retailers in my area don't carry EFI oil any...

Unfortunate...but I just replaced mine...so back into the bilge you go...unhook the cable at the control then operate the open close valve by hand in the bilge...you can go to the flowrite website...

I finally finished up in the bilge...new pumps, flow-rite valve, actuator and cable, thru hull fitting that was broken, new transducer epoxied in and just cleaned it all up.

I have a 1997 202 does this modification apply? I have just the open/close live well drain valve(broken) I have to replace it. Should I get a different valve to replace it with? I want to do this...
