I did the same as you. Same setup but a 24p fury 4 (reccomended by merc) awful hole shot at any setup with full fuel and a co angler. Wound up selling them after trying a few trophy plus pitch props....

The sweatshirts are god awful. All pilly and terrible fitting.
Looking to sell locally! Have a post up in the buy and sell!
Any other opinions from yall?
Should mention that when I purged the motor mounted tank it pushed the rest of the air out and I wiped up the excess oil so it isn't a vaccum/bad seal issue?
Hey guys I have a 2012 proxs 175hp. Ran the oil way down to 1/5-1/6th in the bilge remote tank. I got an alarm on my mercury smartcraft monitor of oil warning, check engine, and alarm which according...
Concerned with several 1000 mile trips coming up in the next several weeks/months. My hybrid hubs are original on a 2013 boat manufactured in 2012, the word on the street is that these things require...
Heading down in a couple of weeks to prefish for the bass nation national and would really appreciate a quick education on the lake. Looking for general areas/patterns/baits etc
Heading down to prefish for the bass nation national in a couple of weeks, anyone willing to chat about baits/patterns etc?
60+ with a 150
70-71 with a 175
If setup properly/not loaded down. Im currently re propping my 618 175 with two 10' talons. Took a huge mph hit going down to a fury 4 thinking it would help...
Yupp three big ole optima blue tops but they were in there last year when I was running 70 with just gas and a partner. 2 27's and a 31. Also a minnkota 3 bank charger that probably weighs 15lbs. ...
Unfortunately I banged the 24 fury 3 up a good bit and sold it. It ran 63-63.7 consistently yesterday on a bigger lake- the 65 speed may have been a little untrue due to being on a damned river/lake...
I feel like the reason for the loss of speed as I trim up is the prop losing bite as the prop is surfacing? I had a good deal more trim before losing bite with the 3 blade fury and would gain an...
It's a 2013 pro xs so it turns 6k. Unless I'm wrong and my tach is off when I ran a 24p fury last year. Added talons and felt I should upgrade to the Fury 4
618 pro phoenix 175hp proxs
First trip out yesterday and I'm heading back out tomorrow so I'd like to get some opinions so I can raise or lower the jackplate a hair. Current height is 3 3/8" below...
You need to shut the 360 transducer off every time you lift the trolling motor. It loses forward direction awareness while running, sometimes itll be off as much as 60 degrees from bow one way or...
Flo torq 2 requires 105lbs (plastic) Its what you use on tempest plus, fury, and fury 4 off the top of my head now.
Ive also read that it used to be 55. The fury 4 I just got/put on came with...
FYI luckycraft had a huge price DECREASE a year or three ago. Ive bought a ton of there squarebills/shallow cranks for 5-7 bucks which are twice as nice as SK cranks. Just saying you cant blame LC...
Mercury props call for 105 ft lbs of torque. Good luck getting about 30 ft lbs with that yellow wrench (have one in my boat that needs to be thrown away). Its insanely hard to hit 105 even with a...
Could be a bad voltage regulator on the motor. You should be getting high voltage warnings on the humminbirds if so.
Some of those repairs are on you IMO, excellent chance items such as muffler/parking brake/brakes/calliper/drums were due for maintenance as I see no harm from 11 months of sitting in one spot...
All over the place. I can put 20 gallons in the tank at 1/8-E (30 gallon tank). As others stated, I dont fill up unless on big water/plan on running around like a madman. I have a really hard time...
Bought my used phoenix from them as well! Nothing but nice things to say about them, congrats!
Make sure your boat is level- my 2012 phoenix will fight me tooth and nail if the truck is lower or higher then the boat causing it to not be level. As soon as it is level she gulps gas at the pump....
Very little chance that they are losing money at that price point. I would argue that cost is somewhere around 65% of the products msrp (TW is an msrp supplier- if you notice some products are quite...
