I have no experience with the adrena model. I can agree with the above post that it is sufficient for the baits you originally listed and is my favorite A rig rod I've fished.

This rod is awesome for A rigs. Smaller glides and small swimbaits like the 5" magdraft. I also use mine for 3/4 oz football jigs as well as heavy Carolina rigging.

Great frog...throw it on the tatula elite 7'4" ish frog rod. The MH Expride will work but the Heavy would be much better imo.

If you get a deal on Dobyns why not the 784 Extreme designed for jigs in the range you specified? I like my Shimano Expride 7'2" heavy as a jig rod myself and can recommend that model.

Old loomis imx 843 mbr for flouro. On braid I use an older tatula mh glass rod.

Shimano Expride 7'7' heavy is an incredible A rig rod! Light and powerful with mod/fast action.

It will be tough to find that sturgeon reel on here. Good luck!

Dobyns 735c champion is a great smaller frog stick with a good tip for walking smaller frogs. You could also step down to the heavy Expride instead of the xh. Thats a great rod too.

As JayJ said JDM shallow spool options or fill the spool 80% full of mono and top with braid. I'm not sure why shallow spool options havent made it mainstream over here with the manufacturers?
