I heard that lake was really over fished for a long time and they lost all their brood bass. I think it's still recovering.

Sad thing is I've lived in Conway over ten years and have never wet a line in Lake Conway. Don't really want to put my boat in there - a little too stumpy for me.
I like the Strip Pits that are North of I-40 bridge. Had very good luck in there.
Man I hope so. I'm surprised you can even launch off the South ramp. I like the North ramp better.
