Try ZERO-TEE-392318 (the first character MUST be a digit).
Additionally, starting in the July 2005 range, the Racing and the ProXS versions were the same powerhead (including electronics and fuel system) when comparing same shaft length models.
That's why...

Either would come with spark plugs, coils and wires in this case. Depending on how you run it, what additives (and how regular) you use, and how much idling it does, you may simply need to replace...
How tight is the prop nut?
That particular failure is something I would have to see in person, or at least have pictures of all related surfaces (inside and out, as well as info on prop nut...
If you would, please take a moment to review the Announcements at the top of the Forum, and be sure to provide the Required Info (serial number) when posting. Thanks! :beers:

Look between the VST and Intake (Fuel Management). There's a stop screw that can be accessed as you were told (LONG flathead screwdriver).
And disconnect/check those battery connections. Always start at the source....
Very limited on that side. What you can see are O2 figures LIVE, or where fuel trims have exceeded their preset max parameters.
How many hours do you have on this engine at this point?
...
Correct on both accounts.
Glad to hear it.
I'm not aware of anyone that's published actual tests on it. Biggest thing I would be concerned with would be if it didn't perform properly (ie: failed to properly lubricate due to quality or...
Replace the o-ring/seal on that reservoir (at a minimum). May possibly be other seals involved as well (very unusual to find that particular one loose arbitrarily).
If you purchased a poppet valve KIT, they come with more parts that you may require for your particular installation ( ie: one kit used for MANY models).
Wondering if your spring has possibly...
Not based on their color. Direct injectors (regardless of color) are extremely expensive, and are a high-mortality item (especially where carbon, debris or metal fragments are involved).
WHICH hose... the inner (larger AIR hose), or the outer (smaller) FUEL hose?
O-rings are available, though it's often the hose itself. Make sure there is no corrosion on the bottom of the fuel...
That is overfull, though I'm not completely convinced that is the cause. However- let's start with the obvious (most of these engines are at halfway up the stick by 6 qts).
Note that if one plug...
The poppet valve opens and dumps water to the adapter plate/exhaust area, AFTER it has passed through the engine block.
It's about 1 to 1.5' from the back of the MercMonitor, in a small, black, plastic fuse holder. I know it's tempting when you find a similar post to just ask a question, but please do open your own...
Part Number?
It's possible the magnet is missing from the float or is in the wrong position on the float.
Skip the acceleration. Be sure we get both pressures at precisely the same time (quite important)... that first 15 seconds is what tells us the most.
Most of those were vented to a fitting in the Air Handler/Flywheel cover.
Let's work on one item at a time here. Air Fuel should indeed be 94/108 if you have GRAY direct injectors (verify this please as I've heard of a few stragglers that made it out).
Need pressures:...
No primer bulb for the V8 4-stroke. Mercury has stated it doesn't hurt for it to be there, but to NOT pump it.
If it were me, I'd remove it.
Correct.
The "Go / No-Go method means you use a wire gauge, and a .040" gauge goes easily, a .045" gauge will not go. That puts you somewhere in the middle without putting ANY strain on the...
