I am sure someone on the Tackletour forums would trade you for that spool or sell their stock spool.

Did you tighten the spool tension knob? You're supposed to leave them loose and the brakes will take care of braking. If you tightened that knob then it will cast like garbage.
You should eventually back off on the spool tension once you learn how to pitch. There is no need to run spool tension on any reel in year of our lord 2022. Use it for now as training wheels though.
You want the RCS High Grip I Style power knob. If thats too expensive with shipping you could get a Gomexus handle. Those have a long TPE knob that feels similar to the Zillion HD and Tatula F/P...
Aliexpress. Just type in reel carbon handle and prepare yourself.
I have the 72H+. It's mag heavy stick that can throw 4 oz swimbaits. Despite weighing only 5.3 oz it is rather tip heavy and is a tip down rod for me. I use it as a kayak big bait stick because...
Not a bad $45 upgrade for the Tatula and Fuego CT reels. Turns them into a Tatula CT Elite Long Cast.
OP is aware that the clicking drag is not a clicking drag star but a sound the reels makes when the drag is slipping?
I always buy rods I have never seen and TW never has good prices on rods and you should be looking elsewhere.
If you want more distance then buy an Elite Long Cast spool. They drop into Tatula and Fuego CTs and run a little over $40. Better investment of your $40 than spool bearings if distance is what you...
I use a 72H Hyuga which is really a H+. You can't get these anymore unless you import from the used Japanese rod market. The 74H+ Valkaryie looks like the perfect stick but are pricy from a US...
There is something wrong with the brake. Can you pullout the ring on the side of the spool easily?
Never base a reel purchase on knobs. Its like buying a car because you like the tires. Two screws and they come right off and anything you want from the vast array of knobs on the market can't go...
Sometimes older is just better. They knew how to make reels smooth when they were 8+oz. I have a weird early 2000s Daiwa TD-S that I bought as a novelty but it was so smooth and 34mm Daiwa spools...
I would try to get a 70 MGL spool or Engetsu spool.
Never mind these are magnetic. At least the bass pro $80 ones and Kistlers had an SVS like centrifugal brake. These Dobyns are basically specd out like a Kastking ...
Banax like the Kistler, Bass Pro Bionic and Savage Gear reels. Other use the same reel it as well. Its basically a Korean Shimano.
Yep, time to heat shrink
H XF for pitching. I use an old Perfect Pitch for 3/16 finesse jigs with trailers up to a 1/2 oz jig and beaver with a 3/8 oz jig being most common. I find that the old PP will pitch a little below...
You mean your 1st setup? It's down hill from here. The next sickness is big baits.
Tackle trap. It's a Tatula 200 so the original tatula 100, 150, 200 and CT gears fit. 2018+ Tatula 100, Coastal SV ect do not.
That seems reasonable.
No, it sounds ideal for that use.
The silver creek is fixed inductor and my experience is for the baits you throw that it will over brake at the end of the cast. Those types of spools are better for stream fishing trout lures that...
Some of the people that have them in that thread run flouro without issue. It's smoother than the Alphas Air because of the new hyper gears, casts further with bass baits and has a drag clicker. I...
