Water Temps today were 42. Had 1 bite from 1.30 til 4.
Looks like they pushed the rains off til Sunday.
Rain is supposed to move in on Friday night. Check Accuweather.com seems to be a little more accurate around here. Getting ready to watch the news if there is anything else I will let you know.
It was 38 - 40 about an hour ago.
50-65LB Braid is all I use on worms and jigs.

Windy with fronts moving in and out. Air Temp range 30's-80's Water temps should be upper 50's to low 60's by then on average.
Water temps as of today 02-08-10. 42-44 all over. Rain all day.
April will be at the tail end of the spawn. Best bet is to stay South of the 515 bridges and fish the lower end of the lake. I fish it just about every day shout back when it gets closer and I can...

With the gates open. They are tight to cover. Jigs are producing some decent fish not a lot of numbers.
Fishing has slowed considerably I am still fishing nights. With all the rain (10+ inches) and moving water the Florida's are notorius for shutting down. Water temps have dropped 10 degrees this week.
