Do a whole butt and vac pac what you don’t eat.
Throw the thawed bag in a pot of simmering water until it’s heated up throughout and enjoy, it’s as good as the day it came off the smoker.

I vac pac pulled pork all the time, just throw the bag in a pot of water on the stove and it’s as good as it was just off the smoker.

I knew I could find the answers to my questions on this site !
