He is 150% correct. The power Tec props perform horribly on the x-19 hulls. I to ran 7-10 mph faster with a Turbo FXP propeller. Then had an extremely hard time giving the power Tec prop away. ...

im currently running a xpress x19 with the 200 sho.....i have put almost every prop you can name on this boat....i finally ended up sticking with the Turbo FXP..... this prop has been on the motor...
i ended up buying 2 kits but not sure which one to go with on my new prop

i have multiple thrust washers but the current one that i was running seems to have been eaten......do you prefer the steel or the Brass thrust washer....
guess my SHO was hungry.......i have had 0 problems until now.....i'm not sure as to why the motor decided to eat a perfectly good thrust washer......

It doesnt seem seem to shake as much if you put a big load on the motor ( going 1 way then turning the motor 180 degrees to stop or back up). If anything it Sure makes it easy to remove the prop....
