I find navionics to be much better than lakemaster out in the lake. Not sure about Sandusky bay. Never used hot maps. I would go with Navionics

Sandusky bay, East and west harbor are all good for largemouth.

Catawba island state park ramp would be much closer. Only about 5 miles from south bass and the ramp is completely protected from northeast wind.
