Any idea what size nuts are on the bolts?

The back pedestal on my boat is coming loose. It's right at the base. Not horrible but getting a little wobbly. Can it be tightened? It feels like there are four holes and there must be nuts in there...

I use #4 short shank gamma's on a barely legal and I use a snap on the nose. Sometimes I will tie the bait one with a loop knot instead.

I have returned several LC baits to BPS and to LC and ther is no prob. Both BPS and LC wil stand behind their products.
