Not sure what you mean by FAST. I pulled every bit of the carpet out of my Ranger by just peeling up an edge and working it back by hand. Had it all out in full pieces in less than 30 mins.

Wet sanding, compound, and finish glaze will bring it back. But it's a lot of tough labor. You may need to drop down to 800 grit and start there.
