Take it apart and check. On ufp the seals can be an oddball size. I made this mistake and bought a standard 3000lb bearing set but had to order inner race and seal seperately
Pacific trailer is a good site to order parts or full units
You're better off bilge diving and checking. Some champs had various pumps. I switched to Johnson/spx pumps whenever one goes out
Tach runs off rectifier, and rectifier also regulates charge on the battery. Replace them both if defective. There's a way to test them, but it's almost guaranteed they're bad
55 lb from jog plate to transom and I believe it's 90 Jack plate to motor.
To seal them use 3M 4200
Pacific trailer has a parts diagram for an a60.
Yes. My 190 has a dial by the splash well to switch tanks, then there's a switch by my knee at the console to switch fuel sending g units. My main tank actually had a number stamped into it, by the...
Run time = amp draw of electrical unit attached x number of hours used, so you'd have to attach a load to the battery and monitor amp draw and time
From experience with custom ez loader, I assumed everything was standard, but when I took everything apart, one race and seal were not. Had to order those seperately. As far as grease, I've played...
On my ez loader trailer, the axle has a little nub that fits in. See pic

Thats a big spike between 9 and 10 setting, at almost 26 amps. Good info, thx for taking the time to compile it
Not sure about other brands but the ionic 50ah has the same footprint as a group 24. On that note I've installed a 135ah battery in its side for my electronics only. Way over kill I know) but you...
Dabbing dielectric grease may alow the corrosion down
Going to point you in the direction of the 4 stroke group. It has some of the information you need. At the top are sticky that speak to lithiums

What year is your merc. If it has rectifiers, as a charging system, lithiums will not work for you. You may also run i to issues with your graphs shutting off when you start your engine. Imo id have...
Could be there isn't enough water pressure from garden hose, an inlet port isn't getting water.....I accidentally burned up an impeller using muffs nc of low water pressure, now I only use a tub...
That motor has rectifiers. If its not charging im betting those failed. Using the wrong type of battery could cause this. Cdi electronics has a diagnostic you can do to test them. My volt gauge was...
Agree with TxChamp. Its likely a low oil. The constant tone is either over heat or low oil. For the low oil, your onboard tank may be full, bit the magnetic float has failed. To test remove the...
My oroginals on my 190 were Springfield sl-36-20 for rod lockers and center storage, sl-36-30 I believe for rear compartment. When I removed them, I grabbed my label maker and marked each compartment...
My champion has an ezloader trailer. I found number stamped on the trailer, I used this and contacted ezloader and they sent me new stickers, I then used a label maker to copy the info and tacked it...
The engines charging system only really maintains a battery. Its not run long enough in most situations to actually charge the battery
If this happened from new, return the charger. My other suggestion would've been to swap the leads to another battery to see if it did the same, if it does, that bank is bad/shorting internally. If...
I know I'm late to this party, but you need to drop the lower, drain the oil and do a pressure test. I've used a bicycle pump, pump til I feel resistance, and spray soapy water around s all the...
You should be good. I wouldn't be too concerned espmif you never checked this before. This happens when you engage the motor into gear. Just remember to switch gears quickly.
