Go with the Tracker cover made by Dow. I tried to find an aftermarket but didn't have much luck.

The tracker covers has the ratchets that use a rope inside the cover. It also has straps that can used during trailering to help hold the cover down at high speeds. These go down to the trailer.

I leave all my hatches open for a few hours after I get off the water so they can air out. It seems to help dry it out after being on the water.
