I don't have lithiums but I do agree about the Tempest. I switched from a 25 Fury to a 25 Tempest and my boat runs and lifts much better.

5:1 ratio for sure thats what I throw all my crankbaits and Spinnerbaits with. Deep cranking with a faster reel will wear you out.

Metal fenders are far more durable, easy to keep clean and don't get damaged when you blow a tire. If given the choice I will always go with metal fenders over fiberglass.

Why would you want fiberglass fenders? They are nothing but a problem waiting to happen.

I would get a boat with a Yamaha SHO on it instead of a Mercury, better performance all around.

I use a 7'3" heavy action Abu Garcia Veritas for my jig fishing and it works great. Unfortunately I don't think they make that rod in a 7'3" heavy anymore.

Single axle is easy, it gets the same load even if the ball is high or low by a couple inches. As long as it looks level when hooked up you are fine.

One thing I really like about the new Tritons is they use rotary switches instead of a touch pad like the Rangers and Nitros have. I don't like the touch pad in my 2012 Triton at all.
