check all the grnd connections and unplug one cdm at a time see if spark returns a shorted stop diod in 1 cdm can cause 2 others no spark

i work on alot of those boats with that engine combo and none will power load with TROPHY and run very well , the early model 225 efi engines with the 2 butterfly plenum needs this small hub set up...
agree bad idea, highly unlikely sealing rings , so let me get this right you pulled the check valve form th block and fired the engine and no pressure came out of threaded hole that valve screwed...

pull the throttle body use mirror & light or stick your hand down and see if you can feel a complete missing or broken reeds with your fingers , tip shine light at mirror been there done this alot...
