The difference in motor height may be due to the new trailers. I have a 2021 ZX225 and the boat sits much higher on the Skeeter Built trailer than my father in law’s 2015 model on the old EZ Loader.

I store mine this way also, and, still have room for two spinning rods under the starboard center lid. Those tackle organizers weigh a ton!

Look at the FLW website. There’s a picture of him holding his big check that says 518. If it is a typo then it’s a big screw up and not the way to represent a new sponsor.

My 2016 618 with 175 has a tandem trailer, 80 foretrex, Helix 9 console, Helix 7 bow, padded deck and 1 power pole. That same package will run you 48k or so in a 2020.

October is bow season. It is also the regional championships for Media Bass, Fishers of Men and some other trails. That may hamper participation also.
